Farming isn’t just what we do; it’s who we are. For three generations, the Westhoff family has worked the soil of Northern Missouri—built on my father’s foundation, led today by my own commitment to the land, and growing into the future with my daughter, Maddie.
We are a family-powered operation. While I carry forward our heritage, my husband, Garrett, serves as the shepherd of our flock and the strategic mind behind our business. Together, we’ve built a reputation for excellence: from the "prolific notoriety" of our lead sire, Elon, to the sweet corn that has become a Kirksville summer tradition.
Whether we are selecting elite Katahdin breeding stock, finishing heritage pork, or hand-picking corn for our community, we are carrying forward a legacy of integrity and hard work.

Our program is small and intentional. We prioritize the health of our female and the quality of our pups, which means we only have one carefully planned litter 1-2 years.
